Unable to create a new Case Type
I need to create a new case type that is derived from a base work class in the application. I get the following error when creating:
"pyPurpose—The rule name pyDefault is a reserved name (starts with px, py, or pz) and is not created in a "Pega-" ruleset"
I am trying to associate the rule to the ruleset that belongs to my application. Every new case that we try to create needs to be associated to one of the rulesets of the application. Thus we should not have seen this error. Any thoughts on why we can't create a case type here.
