Create Cases from Inbound Email Attachments with Email Listener
Hi Team,
I am creating pega case with inbound email with attachment as pdf and json. Once case created, Email correspondence ,pdf and json are attaching to Case. When customer reply to same email with new edited pdf that time it is not attaching new edited pdf, Can you please help me with the design. In clipboard also it is not displaying the new pdf.

@RaghavN2I'd say, start by first setting up your basic/blank Case Type and add the Email bot to your application so you are able to process inbound email:
