Launch Pega Knowledge Help Site - Unauthenticated or not available

Hi,

I've been trying for a while to launch a Pega Knowledge (KM) help site, by referring to the "Embed site" code in the help site settings. However, I always get error:

Status: fail Operator: Unauthenticated or not available Node: No ID available

To better suit my use case, I'm using a Link control with an Action set to Run Script which refers to the same Embed site code specified in the help site:

I also have tried directly to refer to the help site like this: (using a new Browser tab) 

http://mypega.app:8080/prweb/PRServletCustom/app/APAC_/help/Uplusbank

I changed the Requestor types (BROWSER ones) and added the "ExternalKMAG" access group, which I pointed to my KM application.
