Getting an error message Unauthenticated or not available
We are getting following error, we checked the application instance, Accessgroup and the operator we are using is a valid operator in the system. Even we could able to find anything in logs, please help

Did you observe database and server connection successful in log file? If not, it's better to check the connectivity.
If connectivity is successful, can you try login with [email protected]/Install Operator ID

When we tried to invoke our Front end application, we are getting an error during the case creation. I mean the place where all the case types will be listed during that is our landing zone.

No ID available
Most probably means that your are connecting to a system which you have not authenticated to. (Or perhaps has timed you out).
Are you using a LOAD BALANCER here ?
This can sometimes come about if you have a LOAD BALANCER; the the LOAD BALANCER (due to bad configuration - not configuring 'Sticky Sessions' for instance) has forwarded your request to the wrong node (it should 'stick' to the same node throughout the life-cycle [login,logout] of the Requestor).
