Hello Tarun,

Could you let us know if you upgraded the application from version to another and also if you are using Single-Sign On ? we have a similar post https://community1.pega.com/community/pega-support/question/operator-id-unauthenticated-or-not-available which could be of some help.

Could see any error with respect to service package monitor.

Can you give a try deleting all the requestor pools and check if you can login to the system?
