LDAP Authentication error when login
Hi Everyone,
I'm a newbie in Pega, so would like to seek for help from everyone.
I got this error with the LDAP authentication when login, anyone can give some advise?

is the test connectivity is successful in AuthService? can you share the configuration doc or screen shot to find the exact root cause.

This error will come when you are trying to login more than 3 times. Please verify the modal user configuration in organisation unit and make it as external.
