How to enable LDAP authentication in Pega 7.2.2?
Hi,
We need users within our organization to login to Pega systems using their IDs with LDAP authentication. Can someone let me know how do we enable LDAP authentication login?

I'm not certain, but if I had to guess I would say: Designer Studio > Org & Security > Authentication > Create Authentication Service

You can create an Authentication Service rule for LDAP authentication.
You can through this video to understand more about LDAP setup https://pdn.pega.com/node/1011711

Hi,
Thanks a lot for your response. I am using Pega 7.2.2 Platform. When I checked from the Designer Studio menu, I could not find Authentication Wizard in the Tools sub menu. Is there any other place that I have to check?

HI Majunath,
The attached document shows how to set up a LDAP server and running PRPC 719 personal edition in your local PC for learning LDAP authentication service. Hope this might be helpful to you.

That's correct. Since 7.1.8, this is the path to setup LDAP.
Choose "Custom" and pick an LDAP name. Then you can set up the Data-Admin-AuthService record as the wizard had assisted with in the past.
