Authentication LDAP Time out
Hi Team,
Need your help to clarify my queries. What is the default LDAP request Time out from PEGA 7.2.2.
we are having a requirement to setup the LDAP. the LDAP Team is asking the default timeout from application side, in case of network latency in LDAP, the connection requested from applicaiton side should timeout. Please adivse.

Hi,
The timeout is configured LDAP Authentication Service Custom tab, you can use either PegaRules timeout or timeout is managed by the application server or other external facility.
Hi,
The authentication service itself defines the location of the LDAP server and other LDAP specific settings as well as the names of the activities that are responsible for handling the authentication and the timeouts.
