Authentication Time-Out
Hi Team,
We are facing this issue in Production. Authentication Time Out in Work Group is 1800sec
Scenario :
1. Log into application.
2. Navigate to 2nd screen (which has a Grid which uses RD to display records). Rows are displayed.
3. Keep session Idle for 1800sec.
4. Click on any link. we go back to login screen.
5. Login with same credentials.
6. Navigate to 2nd screen. Rows are not displayed as previous.
Observation:
I tried to trace the issue. But if I ON the tracer, RD is getting executed and rows are displayed. But when I OFF the tracer and execute, row are not displayed and in clipboard I see no pages related to RD.
Its and serious issue that we are facing in production. We don't know the root cause for this. We are in dilemma if to raise a PEGA SR or not. Team Please respond on this ASAP
