Pega KM doesn't support Accordion structure for Knowledge Articles
In Pega KM 8 Version, we are trying to Create an Article having an accordion structure.
We are pasting the Source code of the Article directly into the Rich text Editor.
Once we save the Article and Preview, the accordions are changing to a List.

Create a template called accordion, switch to source and add this text in and save and publish.
<details open=""><summary>Accordion Region</summary>
<p>TEXT_GOES_HERE</p>
</details>
Now create an article and select the template you created to add an accordion region to your article. Repeat for as many accordions as you want. Note: the state you save them in (eg. opened or closed) is how they will open when the article opens.
You can have your dev studio developer adjust your CSS so that it looks a little better
You will need to change all 3 skins ---- CSEndUser, KMEndUser71, KMHelpPortalSkin
Add something like this (note: you can probably google better styling as this is straight HTML5)
