Delivery receipts for all emails sent through Marketing Campaign
Hi Team,
Through pega marketing we are sending email to the customers but we need to know the email has delivered to the customer or not.
In the email treatment we have enabled "Track Email Open Rate" but from Pega Marketing how to identify the delivery receipts for all the emails sent through campaign.
Do we have any OOTB activity to identify the email has been successfully delivered
Please advise on it
