Need SMS delivery receipt from Pega Marketing

We need to send SMS to customer via PEGA Marketing and need the Delivery Receipt back from the customer. We are using Pega platform 7.3.1 and Pega Marketing 7.31.

Is there any OOTB OR customized mechanism using which this can be achieved.

Hi Divya,

Thanks for your reply, however the 2 links contradict.

The first link refers to a post that is valid for Chordiant Marketing Director and not for Pega marketing.

The second link explains the above point and mentions this feature is available for Pega Marketing version 7.4 .

Is there any other way to do this using Pega Marketing 7.31.

Suman, 

This delivery receipt feature in Inbound SMS is supported only from Pega Marketing 7.4. 

Given the level of changes (including design elements) - its not possible to back port or easily make it work in the previous versions.

Newer versions of Pega Marketing, have lot off additional performance and functional improvements, including this - please consider the upgrade. As of date the latest GA in Pega Marketing is 8.1
