Pega Marketing sending SMS feature

Hi,

When sending out SMS, even we have phone number, but how to determine the number belongs to which carrier (gateway domain)? i.e. ATT or VZ etc..

HI Dongsheng Zhang,

I spoke to a member of our Mobile Team here and they said they normally recommend using something like Twilio to manage all of that for you. They also said that Twilio has APIs available that you can integration with us.

Can we use Twilio communication API for pega personal edition?
