Send marketing campaign for approval
Hi all,
Like to find out if there is an option in Pega marketing to send campaign approval, to different approval managers? Currently I can only define 1 manager per Org unit, and all approval will go to that manager. I have the scenario which I will need a marketing analyst to send the approval of different campaigns to different managers.

Great thanks Paul! I'll also like to know if there's any way for those campaign pending approval to be shown on the manager's marketing portal? Right now the only way i can see it is going thru every campaign that's in pending approval status, which is very not user-friendly.

Hi Shi Hui, if you are able to trace the pega session & identify the rules involved for approval. may be you could customize the routing logic. have you tried that?

Also learnt that you might already have Marketing operations capabilities, which is meant for customization like this. please identify rules involved by tracing & see whether you could customize it or not.
