I'm looking for some clear, detailed definitions for campaign goals that may help answer some questions. Such as... Does Total Sent include bounce backs/failures? What is the difference between Total Rejects and Total Declines? I have plenty more... Does anyone know of some wonderful documentation that can assist with this?

If you log-in as MarketingAdministrator. Then go to Designer Studio -> Decisioning -> Monitoring -> Visual Business Director -> Key Performance Indicators, you will find the list of all KPIs defined in the system. All the Goals are derived from these KPIs. For example, you'll see that Total Sent = Count of Pending. And 'Pending' is the Outcome dimension as recorded in the Interaction History. In Pega Marketing, the easiest and most common way to record Interaction History is via the Update Status shape in the Offer Flow.
