Open assignment in perform Harness from link in Email.
Hi,
I have a requirement to send email to Executives(Director, VP) when case is assigned to specific workbasket and in the email we have to give link to case. When User click the link, the Case should open in perform harness(after authentication) so that user can approve/Reject on the screen.
I see OOTB Correspondence Fragment:WorkLink which open the case in Review harness. Any idea how to open the assignment in perform harness.

Hello Pradeep,
I have a similar requirement where i need to provide a case id link in the email notification. Up on click on the case id in the email, respective assignment should get open.
I have followed the above approach in building the link in the correspondence fragment but it didn't work.
Can you help me in resolving the issue by providing the steps to follow.
I tried with different Correspondence Fragments likeAssignmentLink, WorkLink, pxOpenAssignmentLink, but it didn't work.
