launch harness from email link

Hi all,

we have requirement where we need to launch user portal and open a particular harness  for eg. My WorkList or My Case based on the link clicked in email. We are able to launch a work object but not a particular

pls suggest some solution.

Can you give me some detail about what kind of link you are configuring ? Is it an external link ( DWA ) or link in some other portal built in PRPC ?
