Offer/campaign does not generate emails

Hi,

We are facing a similar issue as the below linked post, where we can test the offer using the seed list and able to receive an email as well but when we run the offer flow or the campaign itself, we are not getting any emails. Attached are the screenshots for reference. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,

I could see the following error in the provided Data-Corr-Email XML .

Error:

Failed to find instance PegaMKT-Work-Offer-Retention-Phones.RetentionOffer.Email of type Rule-Obj-Treatment-Outbound

I think ,While processing it is searching for "RetentionOffer" email treatment rule and was unable to find, because of which issue is there.(This email treatment might be referred in sendEmail shape of the offer flow)

Please check whether that email treatment rule  is present at your end or not.
