Campaign with volume constraint does not display

Campaign with volume constraint is not displaying offer counts under 'run schedule' section and generating empty batch report after completing the campaign execution.

Please find the attachment for reference.

We are using pega marketing 7.4.

Seems like the volume constraint thresholds have been met even before the program run started. Most likely decremented by a previous run.

Did it work in earlier runs ? Please check the volume constraint rule itself to see if the counts got decremented before running the next run cycle. You also have an option to re-set on access, so that the systems resets it before every run starts.
