Duplicating a case type
Is there a way to copy/duplicate a case type? If so, how do I do it?

Hello,
I don't believe we have an Out-Of-The-Box option to copy/duplicate a case type no.
we don't have anything like duplicate case type however If you want modify or experiment on existing case type, you can try a case specialization or branching.
Only one way is available to achieve this, save as the case type rule (pyDefault) into a new class.
But all the stages, steps and respective process should be available in the parent class (common to both new and existing classes).
I haven't tried this,but hope this works.
