Is there a Way to identify duplicate file attachments in a case and delete all the duplicates
Hello,
Requirement is to delete the duplicate attachments from a case.
It should not be based on the filename but also the content should be same.

1. So first you browse the Data-WorkAttach-File class and get all the attachments. (containing documentname, content, documentID...etc)
2. The document content also will be stored in filecontent property, just write a query and get all the columns from Data-Work-Attach class
3.So once you get document details and content write activity (obj-browse or ReportDefinition) to get all the records. Later in 2nd step use Obj-Filter with required condition on the results fetched.
4. Once the filter method is success means you got the duplicate records. Then use Obj-delete method

Missed one point one you get the results with requited data. You can use @utilities.pyRemoveDuplicatesFromList() function to remove duplicates.
This function takes 3 values ( "value" , Property, Pagelist).
