Can we delete duplicate cases pulled using case match rule?
Hi All
We am working on a POC and trying to find the duplicate cases by using out of the box Search Duplicates smart shape.
It is working fine but my doubt is, do we any chance to delete the duplicate cases identified by the case match rule?? If so how??
Just trying to understand the available possibilities.
Any inputs would be of great help.
FYI- I am creating the case as a temporary case and it would be a temporary case at this stage of my flow.

Suggestion: while creating case if do duplicate check and create case, that will solve the problem.
if the duplicate case already in system, build some adhoc activity and do one time clean up.

Can you please elaborate? I mean how can we do it even before creating a case? As per my knowledge on click of New from create menu pega generates the case right. How can we control it. No idea on this. Any inputs will be helpful
