@NagarjunaS16644648 we can use duplicate case smart shape. You can configure basic conditions and weighed conditions in it, based on that user can decide whether to proceed or resolve the current case. That's pega ootb feature.
If you want to find to pull the existing duplicate cases, in your case type work class,
1. Create a data page-> sourced by report definition
2. Make pan card as paramter in dpage and report definition.
3. In the report definition-> you can sort using pxcreatedatetime property
This will give you the list of duplicate cases with same pan card.
Now you need to loop the the data page results, set .pzinskey to a param. Using that param do obj-open-by-handle using a step page. Use pxForceCaseClose to resolve the case.
