Duplicate Case Search Questions

how duplicate search effects the cases that are archived?

also if we have a huge case data how do duplicate search performs?

does it effect performance on both scenarios?

Thanks Vijay,

the question is still pending elaborating a little more below(does it effect performance on both scenarios?),

but a duplicate search through a million or more cases will have effect on server?

The effect shouldn't be substantial since the index are created for that purpose.
