Attch PDF for Duplicate cases

Hi All,

 

My requirement is If a customer submits multiple requests for the same vehicle, but for slightly different locations, the application should identify the new case as a duplicate case.

I am trying to attach the Document for the duplicate cases.

The document/PDF is getting created if there is no duplicate case, but the document is not getting generated for duplicates cases Can someone please suggest, PFA and please let me know

Hi,

Can you check the tracer if Create PDF step is executed when the case is duplicate. If we close the case as duplicate, the case will get resolved and it won't execute next step.

We have a flow for Duplicate shape.Call the Pdf shape before it gets resolved.
