How to map facebook profile data to Operator ID created by Facebook Channel

Hello,

We have created facebook channel to create cases and respond back to user using messenger bot.

We were able to achieve this, however for the operator ID channel creates for each user is not as expected, It doesn't store User profile data. We would like to store First Name, Last Name, Full Name from Facebook user profile data.

Could someone here please help me in achieving the same.
