I guess I would use Data Transform if this is for a single user but it is always difficult to say which option will be best for your requirements over the time.

its better to use data transform if you dont have to be shown any integration related data  or join conditions

it is better to use DT becoz you need to fetch specific operator info not list of operators.

You need to display only specific operator details so better we have use data transform.

If it is single user and the related operator data its better to go with source as Look Up. As it will fetch the single record whole data.

Look Up only expects the class keys as inputs (For operator record it is pyUserIdentifier)

For the lookup option data page should be of type Page
