Create Interaction and Add Intent task together

Hello All,

Is there any Pega CPM OOTB way of creating interaction case and along with adding intent task.

Correct my understanding by CPM OOTB

1. Create interaction case

2. Click on Add Task( We can see lot of intent tasks)

Is there any way like I will have button/icon: On Click( Create interaction case + add one intent task)

If you open an interaction (like from a worklist) and it had an open task already running, it should reopen automatically. What version are you using ?

Hello Amit,

 We should create new interaction. In new interaction the opened work list item should auto opened.
