Is there any Pega CPM OOTB way of creating interaction case and along with an intent task.
We want to open a new interaction with existing open task.

We have a custom search screen to search for the required task. We are opening the searched task in a new tab which is working fine. The only issue comes for the newly created interaction case which doesn't have all the necessary information, e.g., contact info
