Error in Logs while any Interaction from WL or WB
On Opening any service intent from worklist or work basket , we see below message in logs:
Required parameter'InteractionId' for data page 'D_Interaction' cannot be blank
Please explain how to attend this defect.

Hi,
While I haven't seen that particular error before, a good place to start might be to trace an attempt to open an item that throws the error. The trace might be able to tell you where the error is coming from. If you have scenarios where opening an item doesn't throw that error, you could potentially trace one of those as well, to see where the missing parameter usually gets set.

Which CS or CSHC version your application is using?
There was a previous SR (CS v7.1.3) which dealt with the similar error. The local change was to update the Section CPMInteractionHeaderWrapper rule on CPM-Portal class to include CPMInteractionHeader Section (with disable auto refresh selected).
See attached screenshot.
Please try this local change and see if it works for you.

Your CPMInteractionHeaderWrapper is from CardSrv ruleset. is this your own ruleset?
On my CS v7.21 system, CPMInteractionHeaderWrapper is from PegaAppCA:07-21-01. There is a checkbox of "Disable auto refresh". see attached.
Can you open ootb CPMInteractionHeaderWrapper under PegaAppCA:07-21-01 and do a private edit and check the "disable auto refresh" checkbox?

Have checked CPMInteractionHeaderWrapper of PegaAppCA:07-21-01 as well. Disable auto refresh is checked.
Still error is showing up in logs.
