Getting error when logging into the enviornment
We are using Pega 8.1.3 with PostGreSQL. We are seeing intermittent login issues on our system while logging in using SAML based SSO. When hit the login URL it takes lot of time to load and we will just see a blank page for 5-10 mins. Some times the page loads and sometimes we get error "there was an issue, please contact your administrator". Also, We see the below error in the logs.
com.pega.pegarules.pub.generator.RuleNotFoundException: Failed to find a 'RULE-OBJ-WHEN' with the name 'PZISACOVERAGESESSIONACTIVEFORTHISREQUESTOR' that applies to 'Data-Admin-Operator-ID'. There were 1 rules with this name in the rulebase, but none matched this request. The 1 rules named 'PZISACOVERAGESESSIONACTIVEFORTHISREQUESTOR' defined in the rulebase are:
1 unrelated to applies-to class 'Data-Admin-Operator-ID', for example: 'Pega-Landing-Application-Coverage'.
Has someone seen this issue earlier? Can you someone let me know how to troubleshoot this issue?

Looks like for some reason the context changes and you end up with an incorrect apply class.
Can you compare a working and not working trace to check the difference?

This seems to be a known bug for Pega 8.1.x series. This issue is fixed in the Pega 8.2.2 version and is available to upgrade.
