Error while capturing Interaction History.
Hi All,
I am getting the following error while capturing Interaction History. What would be the possible reason?
Cannot save instance of class Data-Decision-IH-Dimension-Operator; it belongs to fully exposed table pegadata.PR_DATA_IH_DIM_OPERATOR in database PegaDATA, but the instance has properties which do not correspond to columns: EmployeeID

What version of Platform and Pega Marketing (if you are using it) are you using?
How are you capturing the records in IH? Are you using any OOTB service or API or written your own?

Hi,
Can you please open Data-Decision-IH-Dimension-Operator & do a test connection. It will display the table name.
Open this table in database & check for EmployeeID column. Search for this property in designer studio as well. Please verify the mapping.
