Error in Java console while opening Monitor Interaction History in Visual Business Director

Hi,

After logging into Pega Decision Manager portal as Strategy Designer, I am trying to see the Monitor Interaction History.It is trying to open up under Visual Business Director running on Java console. But after a while it is throwing the following error-

" An error has ocurred. Check your java console for details.

Can anybody help with this issue?
