OOTB Indexes of Interaction history
Hi,
What are the OOTB indexes on Interaction History Fact table? Are these all necessary to be maintained for optimal performance?
We are using Pega 7.22 version.

@DurgaraoJ3422 In Pega applications, history tables are often used to store historical data related to cases or other business entities. These tables capture changes to the state of records over time. Indexes on history tables are used to optimize query performance when retrieving historical data.
So in short mostly for performance oriented reasons there are required, they can work without being maintained as well but again performance KPI will get impacted.

I'm referring to "Interaction History" table PR_DATA_IH_FACT table from Pega Marketing here not the history_<table> here I'm afraid!
It would be great if you can answer the above question if you have the idea please

Resetting the Interaction History at the end of a test run
Values of the pxOutcomeTime property are not unique in the Oracle database
As you are working with a very old Pega version we recommend that you upgrade asap as you are now out of extended support.
