Unable to include a decision or utility shape in a flow created through Stage/Process from Case.
I am using PRPC personal edition PegaRULES Process Commander Personal Edition - 7.2.1 and have created a case type on my appliaction. Have added stages and process with required steps. All looks good. When I edit the Flows manually in Process modeler to include a utlity or decision shape, the flow appears good however the case view is disappearing and the process/steps are not shown further for the edited stage/process.

Hello Srini,
Looking at your word doc, one thing that stands out is that the decision shape has one path out, and it doesn't look like it is a 100% likelihood. I'm not sure if that would account for why the case view dissappears, but it might be worth a quick test to add an else router to a flow end shape to see if things start working again.

In addition to Mike's comment, you have a change stage before your 'Approval' subprocess which doesn't hold well. I will suggest you to create a simple one assignment and one subprocess(like your first stage flow - you can save as for this temporary debugging) & see if it works. Mostly it should & you can pinpoint the problem in the flow.
