Creating Multiple Cases from a single template case.
Hello,
I have a task to give Internal users ability to create a case for external users.
Internal users can create a few cases and publish them. Then external user will log in his portal and select what type of case he wants to use to initiate is case.
Im thinking there should be a Create case step but it should not be a parent child case relationship. since external user will basically select a template created by the internal user.
any ideas or explanations would be helpful.

@AlaaI17152333 - Can run the OOTB activity "NewFromFlow" which creates the new flows or cases.

@Priyanka Boga this looks like a good idea. would i configure the internal user case type alone and internal user case type by it self and call it through that NewFromFlow activity?

@AlaaI17152333 - Internal case flow type we can pass directly. This activity asks for flowtype , class of the case and harnessPurpose. Based upon these inputs it creates the case automatically and opens at that flow.
