CAInCall when rule in cpm
What is the equivalent When rule " CAInCall " in pega 7.1.7??
In PRPCv6, this When rule is there, but its not present in Pega 7.
It would be great if anyone could help us regarding this.

Hi Divakar,
Yes, we are using CPM 7.1.3 Freamework on top of Pega 7.1.7.
I guess this when rule is not present in Pega 7.1.7 and some other When rule exists for this.

Actually CAInCall When Rule do exist in PRPCV7 but the problem is that When Rule does not work in PRPCV7.1.7
properly because the Properties and Pages that are conditioned in that When
Rule are not available in PRPC 7.1.7.
So how do we distinguish new Interaction vs Interaction that is opened from Worklist.
Is there any When Rule or a mechanism in PRPC 7 equivalent to CAInCall??
Hi Prateek,
Have you installed the CPM framework on top of Pega, because "CAInCall" when rule is specific for CPM framework. If not installed, get the CPM7.1.x version, install on top of PEGA7.1.x.
