What is the Equivalent When Rule for CAInCALL in CPM 7.1.3 on top of PRPCV7.1.7

Actually CAInCall When Rule do exist in PRPCV7 but the problem is that When Rule does not work in PRPCV7.1.7 as it does in PRPCV6 properly because the Properties and Pages that are conditioned in that When Rule are not available in PRPC 7.1.7.

So how do we distinguish new Interaction vs Interaction that is opened from Worklist.

Is there any When Rule or a mechanism in PRPC 7 equivalent to CAInCall??

param.action would be "openAssignment" if it were opened from worklist. Check this property at 'PerformDefaults' activity. If you play around with it, you will definitely be able to distinguish.
