KYC Framework upgrade to 7.1.3

When upgrading to KYC 7.1..3 from any previous versions, can the upgrade be made as Guardrail compliant upgrade.

Say for example earlier upgrade was Tolerance and now the application has to be made as Compliance upgrade (all guardrail warnings taken care).

Is there any auto compliant upgrade available or this has to be done manually.

Tolerance to compliance upgrade requires multiple components/rules to be updated, mostly on the UI front. There is limited-automation available OOTB to perform these tasks.
