CPM Updgrade from CPM 6.2 to CPM 7.2.1

As per the CPM Upgrade guide for for CPM 7.2.1, it states that to upgrade CPM, you have to log in to Designer Studio and import the jar file.

Are there any scripts available to upgrade CPM from command line?

And is there any supporting documentation for it?

If yes, can someone help in sharing the link?

Thank you, Nick.  However, this link is about applications to be imported from command line.  I am looking at running the upgrade script for CPM 7.2.2 from the command line.  Is it possible?
