Upgrade issue from 7.2.1 to 7.4

Hello ,

We upgraded Pega 7.2.1 to Pega 7.4. A property of type "date" holds the value "1988-02-27 " in V7.2.1. The same property thorwing an Date validation error to hold the same value in V7.4. 

Please suggest

Can you have any extra configuration on Data property panel.Could you send the screenshots of the settings and the error what is thrown.So that It will be helpful to investigate.
