Can we have empty Stage (without any steps) in the Case ?
Can we have empty Stage (without any steps) in the Case ? its just to give a pictorial view to the Users.
In the below example: In the below Setup Transaction case we have 2 stages perform Init Setup & Completed. The Completed Stage is empty stage without any steps. Is this advisable to keep the completed stage or will it have any issues ? what is the best practice ?

PRPC will not have any issues if stage contains empty steps, However, It is not advisable to have stage like that as it does nothing.
is there any specific reason for creating a stage with empty steps ?

I agree with you, but my team members arguing with me to keep the empty stage to give view to the used that this work item is completed. there is no specific reason for creating a empty stage. I would like to get experts opinion on this issue.
