Customize Agent Name on User Worklist
I have a process where I am putting a Work Object into a Workbasket. We have an Agent that runs and updates the work object and moves the work into the users worklist. However, in the worklist, we are seeing the user name as the full Agent Name. I want to customize that to show a different text and am having trouble with it.
One approach I was thinking was to add a custom control and change but we show this user id in multiple places and using the control doesnt seem like a scalable approach. So wanted to see if folks had other suggestions. I was thinking of fieldValue but am not able to get that approach to work either

is overriding the worklist section rule a convincing option? add one more column where assigned to user name will be populated...haven't tried though...

Overriding the worklist is an option and it works. But that is a temporary fix as we have other sections in the flow which tells me who the last update user was and I will need to find all those locations and have to start overriding them all.
So was seeing if there was something much simpler and a way where I change in one spot and the name gets customized every place it is used like the field values
