Work object in users worklist

There is one work object in which we have two flows one is assigned to default@Humana Task : Please resolved all child cases. Another flow is assigned to user worklist. Unfortunately user clicked on default flow then work case got resolved completed but the case is still in the users worklist. What are the possible reason the case is in users worklist after the case got resolved completed? Thanks in advance.

Did the UI get refreshed / reloaded? If the case got resolved completed, it should be removed from the worklist table. 

Can you collect the tracer log? From it, you can see the DB query and check how resolved completed case is retrieved.
