It doesn't look like there is. The configuration options for dynamic tabs are pretty bare bones. Which makes sense in a way because, in general, you wouldn't want to configure a whole bunch of options for a tab with dynamic behavior.

I would recommend either re-implementing it as a fixed tab if possible, since, as you pointed out, you'll get the desired configuration options. Or implement a refresh button in the section contained in the dynamic tab. It won't give you the "auto-refresh" behavior you are looking for, but it would allow you to focus the refresh specifically to your worklist section.
