Processing attachments of an inbound email
Hi,
Is there any OOTB way to process/parse data from an inbound email attachment.If there is no straight through process in OOTB please suggestany alternative possible solutions.

Take a look at the inbound email listener help : https://community.pega.com/sites/default/files/help_v719/procomhelpmain.htm
you can process/parse the attachments, which are in the pyAttachmentPage

The email attachments will be available in pyAttachmentPage of Data-Servicemessage class. This is a value list property and pyAttachmentPage.pyAttachValues(<>) contains the encoded stream content of attachment pyAttachmentPage.pyAttachNames(<>) contains the name of the attachment.
