Pega needs to leverage AI capability in Log analyzing especially for large number of applications running in pega cloud environment. some organization are running hundreds of pega applications on multiple nodes.. its really hard to know the root cause of downtime by analyzing logs. from multiple nodes. splunk is just a filtering tool but no AI capability. AI agents will make the life simple for production support team to resolve L1 tickets.
