1. Edit the startup.bat file to change the value to "@echo ON". Save the startup.bat file.
2. Open a windows command window, CD to the PLS_With jre folder, type startup.bat, capture the messages that you see and paste here for our review?

Hi,
You can download from here. It's not available in DS.

Thank you Shekhar. So by using PLA, If we upload every day logs then we can analyze about the exceptions, alerts etc... Is my understanding correct ? or is there any better way to use it?
At a time can we upload Multiple log files?

Hi,
Yes you can upload logs and alert file and analyse.
You can upload multiple files too.
Thank You

Hi,
I can think of few more which are exceptionally great tool
1. AES (https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-autonomic-event-services/pega-autonomic-event-services)
2. PDC (https://www.pega.com/insights/resources/stay-strong-predictive-diagnostic-cloud)
You can use them for monitoring system health.
Thank You

Thank you Shekhar. One more thing, after downloading the PLA, while trying to install i am facing the issue in my system alone.
Clicked on 'start.bat' batchfile which is present in PLS_With jre folder to install PLA, but after clicking on just cmd window flash is coming and immediately closing, after that nothing is happening. Can you please tell me where is the problem ?

Do you Java SDK / JRE installed in your windows system? If Yes, Have you set the Windows System environment variable named "JAVA_HOME" to the absolute filesystem path of the Java SDK / JRE installation directory? If not, please do that and retry.

@Saibaba, in the startup.bat file we are setting the CATALINA_HOME, JAVA_HOME, JRE_HOME and JAVA_OPTS to the tomcat, jre which are available inside Software/* folder. So i don't think it will cause a problem even though you don't set the JAVA_HOME environment variable. May be you can try to enable the echo in startup.bat and run it from cmd prompt to see the execution flow to find the root cause of failure as explained by my colleague Ankur. This utility dependent content(tomcat, jre) is available in it, so if the download and unzip goes well then it will work as expected. May be you can try to unzip it and have a try as it has library files in it, if the zip got corrupted then it might cause an issue as well.

Hi Shekhar,
Can you please tell me the purpose of PDC, which you stated above? if possible share any related links, if you have.
