Pega tools for analyzing CTI logs

Hi All,

Generally PLA is used for Pega error and alert logs for analyzing pega logs.

So far, we are unable to find any pega tools for analyzing CTI logs.

PLA and logviewer is not giving readable format for reading CTI logs.

Do we have any pega tool viewing or analyzing for CTI logs? If yes, please send detail about this.

We are facing issues analyzing CTI logs. Do you suggest any alternative way or best way for debugging these logs.
