Pega Rules Log Analyzer - Excel Export

Hi,

Greetings. I am using PLA and when trying to use the Excel option, i am able to open the file but when i click on Import, nothing happens within excel (cannot see any data being imported at all), I have tried with enabling Macros and I am using Microsoft Excel 365, any help is appreciated.

Do you have access to the C:\WINDOWS\Temp directory for that server and see the alert_export, exceptions_export, and gc_event_export files?
